Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final once orders are processed. If you have an order error or need to request a change, please contact us with your order number using the form below immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, the option to cancel may be presented. Once orders have been processed and shipped, they cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Refunds will only be allowed when an order cannot be fulfilled by Quality is Kea LLC.

Exchanges are not allowed at this time.

Order Processing

All orders a pre-orders, we do not currently have inventory in stock. 

Once your order is placed and payment has been processed, we notify our warehouse and have your order shipped to headquarters to undergo a quality check. Orders are then ready for local pickup or domestic shipping. 

Processing times vary based upon method of payment. Allow 1-4 business days for payment processing. Order processing can take 3-8 business days. 

  • Direct payments process in 1-2 business days. These orders are fulfilled and ready for pickup/shipment within 3-5 business days.
  • Klarna payments process in 3-4 business days. These orders are fulfilled and ready for pickup/shipment within 3-5 business days.
If needed by a specific date, please contact prior to ordering for an estimated arrival date.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped through USPS.
  • Standard shipping time is 2-4 business days. This does not include order processing time.
  • Tracking information will be provided via e-mail within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Please order with consideration of all time frames. Questions and concerns should be presented prior to ordering to ensure expectations will be met.
  • Quality is Kea LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed packages. Please contact your local post office if an issue occurs as these problems are completely out of our control and can only be resolved by USPS.

Buy Now, Pay Later

These orders have longer processing times than standard purchases. Expect an additional 2-4 days for processing compared to standard orders.

Extensions & Wigs

Hair extensions and pre-made wig orders follow our standard return and exchange policy.

All orders undergo a quality check prior to customer receipt. Any hair that has been damaged while in the customer's possession is not to be held accountable by Quality is Kea LLC. Please be sure to take proper care of your hair extensions for the best experience possible. For assistance with proper care, refer to care tips included with order or contact us directly for a copy. Any chemical processing of the hair is recommended to be done by Quality is Kea LLC or a trusted professional.

Custom Wigs

Custom wig orders are non-refundable under any circumstances. All necessary information should be correctly provided by the customer. Please verify all information given is correct before submitting. If any order issues occur, please report within 7 days of receipt for a resolution. After 7 days, no issue resolutions will be proposed or honored by Quality is Kea LLC.
