Salon Service Policy Updates

Salon Policy Update: Effective July 18, 2024

We have implemented several important changes to our salon policies over the past month. These updates are now in full effect for all clients, both new and returning.

Business Hours

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Sunday & Wednesday: CLOSED

These hours apply to both services and contact.

Rescheduling and Cancelling Appointments

  • Notice Requirement: The required notice period for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment has been extended from 2 hours to 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • Rescheduling Limit: Appointments can only be rescheduled once. If a rescheduled appointment needs to be changed again, it will be treated as a cancellation.
  • How to Reschedule/Cancel: Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments before the 24-hour deadline using the dedicated button in their appointment confirmation and reminder emails.

Sick Policy

  • Pre-Appointment: If you feel sick prior to your appointment, you are required to reschedule or cancel.
  • During Appointment: Any client showing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, or congestion during their appointment will be sent home immediately. Rescheduling will not be an option in this case due to the risk of spreading illness. Wearing a mask does not exempt you from this policy; if you feel the need to wear a mask, you should cancel or reschedule your appointment.

New Client Consultations

  • All new clients and clients who have not been serviced in over 6 months are required to come into the salon for a consultation prior to any service. Services will not be provided on the same day as the consultation.

Methods of Payment

  • We no longer accept Zelle as a method of payment.

Stay Updated

Clients are advised to check periodically for new updates. As this information is publicly available, exceptions will not be made for those who do not read these posts. Please understand that I am a single person managing these updates, and this is the most efficient way to communicate with all clients. Updating the booking page can take hours or even days, involving myself or a graphic designer.
